Loudoun County, Virginia, has been my home since the fall of 1969. There's so much history, beauty, culture, and inspiration living this close to the nation's Capitol.
Residential construction management and major land development was my focus for the first thirty-five years of my life, and I loved it. In 1989, I turned my attention to real estate sales. I spent eleven years working as general manager for the area's top real estate agent, receiving international recognition along the way. My passion for personal growth, and my desire to help others reach their goals motivated me to make a major life change in my life. So in January of 2002, I opened my own independent real estate brokerage office in Purcellville. Soon thereafter, my life-long love of the arts inspired me to create a community art and music festival ("Arts in the Alley"), which ran for four straight years. In 2007, my eighteen year quest to find that one special woman to share the rest of my life with culminated when I met Susan. A loving, caring soul who was soon to become my wife. This blessing caused me to shift the focus of my life from community service to building a solid marriage and reconnecting with family and friends. Passionate about what I do, I take a great deal of personal satisfaction from being able to help others move forward in their lives; it's one of my greatest joys. All the best, Carl Fischer
